Method-1
Steps
1.Go to Start menu
2.Click Run button
3.Type in cmd ( Command screen will appear).
4.Type "chkntfs/x c:" in the command prompt
Now you will not see chkdsk every time you start up your computer
Method 2
1. Go to start button
2. Click Run button
3. Type in Regedit
4.Navigate to the following subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
5.Change Boot Execute to autocheck autochk*
6. Exit Registry
Now restart your computer to make sure you have disabled chdsk feauture on startup
